Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Nutral, we strive to provide the best possible services to our community. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our events, certifications, and other digital products.

2. Event Cancellation and Refunds

For conferences, seminars, and workshops organized by Nutral:

  • Full Refund: If an event is cancelled by Nutral and not rescheduled, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued.
  • Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
  • Attendee Cancellation: Cancellations made by attendees at least 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.

3. Digital Products and Services

Registration for digital content, including online proceedings or virtual certifications, is non-refundable once access has been granted or the digital file has been delivered.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at nutral@nusaputra.ac.id with your transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
