We are pleased to invite you to the 6th International Conference on Law, Public Policy, and Human Rights (ICLaPH), scheduled to take place from November 05-07, 2026, in Istanbul, Turkiye. The conference is proudly hosted by Nusa Putra University, in collaboration with İstanbul Gelişim Üniversitesi as Co-Host. ICLaPH is an annual conference regularly organized by NPU, bringing together distinguished scholars, policymakers, and practitioners from around the world. The conference will be held face-to-face, with the option for online participation. Participants who wish to present virtually must select the online presentation option during registration.

This year’s conference carries the theme: “Pioneering Sustainable Digital Governance: Crafting Ethical and Resilient Legal Frameworks for Innovation Toward the SDGs.”​ The theme underscores the urgent need to develop ethical, transparent, and future-oriented governance models that can address the challenges and opportunities of rapid digital transformation. It highlights the importance of designing resilient legal frameworks and public policies that safeguard human rights, ensure accountability, and promote inclusive innovation in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We warmly welcome your contributions in these areas. Submissions will undergo rigorous review by our Scientific Committee, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Selected English manuscripts will be recommended for submission to Scopus-indexed proceedings as part of the ETLTC Series. Please note that while the Organizing Committee facilitates the recommendation process, the final decision regarding publication rests with the publisher.
